Oppo Enco Free 3 will be launched on March 21, with a bamboo fiber diaphragm on the sound unit

The Oppo Find X6 series, the company’s next flagship smartphones, has officially confirmed its launch in China on March 21. The launch event for the flagship series of smartphones has been confirmed to be accompanied by the unveiling of Oppo Pad 2. another product that will be launched alongside – the Oppo Enco Free 3 truly wireless (TWS) headphones has been revealed. The company also released a series of teasers confirming the launch of the new Oppo Enco Free 3 headphones on March 21.

The upcoming Oppo Enco Free 3 TWS headphones have been officially teased by Oppo through a series of posts on Chinese microblogging website Weibo ahead of its official launch on March 21. The company has also shared some key specs that the TWS headphones are expected to feature.

According to the post, the Oppo Enco Free 3 TWS headphones will be equipped with active noise cancellation (ANC) that can cover frequencies up to 49 dB. The output of the Oppo Enco Free 3 TWS headphones will be delivered by a bamboo fiber diaphragm sound unit which the company claims makes them the first TWS headphones in the world to feature such a unit.

In any audio output system, it is the diaphragm that produces the sound. The diaphragm is a thin, semi-rigid diaphragm attached to the voice coil. The vibrations experienced by the diaphragm cause the air to move around the magnetic voice coil, ultimately producing sound.

Marketing images released by the company suggest that the upcoming TWS earbuds will sport a stem design, while sporting an “L” and “R” symbol to mark the left and right earbuds. The charging case sports an oval design with a translucent top panel. In terms of color options, a report from Gizmochina suggests that the TWS headphones could come in green and white.
