Multinational esports organisation 00Nation has announced a partnership with betting website Parimatch.

As a result of the deal, Parimatch will have its logo displayed on 00Nation jerseys, as well as on the organisation’s social media channel and content.

According to Parimatch International CEO Anton Rublievskyi, the deal is a move towards expanding the betting brand globally, while also attracting new customers to the platform. For 00Nation Global Esports Director, Ricardo ‘dead’ Sinigaglia, the new sponsorship is an opportunity to increase the organisation’s brand value and develop new business opportunities.

The bookmaker will debut on 00Nation’s CS:GO jersey on October 5th when the team, formed almost entirely of Brazilian players, competes in America’s RMR qualifiers for IEM Rio Major 2022.

Parimatch already had an established relationship with one of the organisation’s CS:GO players, Marcelo ‘coldzera’ David, who was named a ‘Global Esports Ambassador’ by the betting website in 2021. Another nod to Brazilian CS:GO was shown by Parimatch in August when it was announced as the sponsor of the Champion of Champions Tour in the country.

Brazil had become a special market of interest for Parimatch since its operations in Russia were heavily affected by the invasion of Ukraine, where the company is headquartered. In March, the situation even led to the termination of a long-standing partnership between the betting website and Team Spirit.

00Nation was originally a Norwegian organisation that rebranded from Nordavind in September 2021. However, Brazil is also one of the organisation’s main points of interest. Recently, its executive team was reinforced with known names from the Brazilian esports scene. Moreover, 00Nation closed an exclusive sponsorship with the peripherals brand Redragon.

Other partnered brands with 00Nation include Adidas and automobile manufacturer Ford.
