ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition may launch as an upgrade to ZTE Axon 40 Ultra: Report

ZTE, the Chinese smartphone maker that introduced the Axon 40 Ultra with an under-display front camera and sleek design earlier this year, may now be working on a special Ultra Space edition of the smartphone series, according to the chairman of the company mobile devices. The upcoming Space Edition from the Chinese smartphone maker, the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Space Edition, is also expected to follow suit in terms of RAM and storage upgrades which could result in the smartphone featuring 18GB of RAM and 1 To storage, while sporting the Taikonaut cosmetic retouch. on the back of the smartphone, according to Gizchina.

Meanwhile, the ZTE Axon 40 Ultra features a 6.81-inch AMOLED display panel that supports Full HD+ resolution of 2480 x 1116 pixels while offering 120Hz refresh rate, coverage at 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 10-bit color, 400 PPI pixel density and 1500 nits brightness. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC which is paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The handset is powered by a 5,000mAh battery which also supports 65W fast charging.
