Zedd lands $18.4 million mansion in Encino’s priciest sale this year

Real estate sources tell TMZ the DJ paid a pretty penny for the 40,075 square foot property named ODIN by the famous designer Jae Omar …the same visionary behind his other sanctuary in Encino, he bought Since Joe Jonas And Sophie Turner in 2021.

Zedd is clearly a loyal fan of Omar’s work, and it’s not hard to see why.

The Scandinavian/Japanese-inspired block has every modern touch you can think of… angled wooden pieces to perfectly diffuse light, floating architectural staircases, and meditative water features.

Of course, the 8-bedroom mansion includes all the celebrity must-haves…a guesthouse, Olympic-sized swimming pool, indoor/outdoor wellness spa, fitness area, bowling alley and more.

Zedd’s lavish purchase comes after he unloaded his Beverly Hills pad for $18.5 million earlier this year…with the new owner getting a discount after originally being listed for $26.5 million in 2021.
