Thor: Love and Thunder got a new trailer, more than two weeks after its release. Early Tuesday, Marvel Entertainment released a new one-minute teaser for the fourth Thor film to pique the curiosity of fans. In the latest trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder, we see the titular superhero (Chris Hemsworth) trying to deliver a speech to inspire allies to stick together in the face of an impending crisis. Attention soon turns to Christian Bale’s Butcher God Gorr, the menacing antagonist who seeks to take down Thor, as he swears to wreak havoc. The latest trailer for Thor: Love and Thunder also features images of characters such as Thor’s former lover Jane Foster/Mighty Thor (Natalie Portman) and King of New Asgard Valkyrie (Tessa Thompson) as they fight to survive.
Headlining Hemsworth, Portman and Bale, the cast of Thor: Love and Thunder includes Russell Crowe as the Olympian god Zeus and Jaimie Alexander as Thor’s childhood friend Sif. Taika Waititi, who is directing the film from his own script, is reprising his role as Kronan Gladiator Korg. Additionally, Chris Pratt, Pom Klementieff, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper will reprise their respective roles from guardians of the galaxy series.
The story of Thor: Love and Thunder got a lot of attention because it’s not an overly dramatic or dark affair.
