Oppo Find N3 was launched on Thursday as the Chinese smartphone maker’s latest book-style foldable handset. The new foldable smartphone arrives as a successor to last year’s Oppo Find N2 and runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC. The Oppo Find N3 was announced on the same day that OnePlus was set to unveil its OnePlus Open – these smartphones were co-developed by the two companies. The Oppo Find N3 is equipped with a new Flexion hinge which should have been tested for 1,000,000 bends.
Oppo Find N3 price, availability
The Oppo Find N3 price is set at SGD 2,399 (approximately Rs. 1,45,300) for the single 16GB + 256GB storage model. It is available in Champagne Gold and Classic Black color options. It will be available for pre-order in Singapore from October 20.
Oppo Find N3 specifications
The dual SIM (Nano) Oppo Find N3 runs Android 13 with ColorOS 13 on top. It sports a large 7.82-inch LTPO 3.0 2K (2268 x 2440 pixels) AMOLED display with a pixel density of 426 ppi and a dynamic refresh rate of 120 Hz. The inner display has a touch response rate up to 240 Hz and supports up to 2,800 nits of peak brightness. The screen has Ultra-Thin Glass (UTG) protection. The foldable smartphone also has a cover display with a 6.31-inch 2K AMOLED display (1,116 x 2,484 pixels) with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a pixel density of 431 ppi.
Oppo has equipped the new Find N3 with Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with an Adreno 740 GPU, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM which can be virtually expanded up to 12GB using unused storage. The foldable packs up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 built-in storage.
For optics, the Oppo Find N3 features a Hasselblad-branded triple rear camera setup that includes a 48-megapixel 1/1.43-inch Sony LYTIA-T808 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS). ) and electronic image stabilization (EIS), a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B sensor with 3x optical zoom and a 48-megapixel Sony IMX581 sensor. For selfies and video chats, the foldable smartphone has a 20-megapixel selfie camera on the inner display and a secondary 32-megapixel selfie sensor on the outer display.
Connectivity options on the Oppo Find N3 include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, Beidou, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and a USB Type-C port. The integrated sensors include an accelerometer, gyroscope, Hall sensor, proximity sensor, geomagnetic sensor, under-display ambient light sensor, and under-display color temperature sensor.
Oppo’s latest foldable phone also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and supports a face unlock feature. It includes OnePlus’ tri-state alert slider to control ring, mute, and silent modes on the phone. The Oppo Find N3 packs a 4,805mAh battery with support for 67W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging.
