Metable—an education-focused Play-to-Earn metaverse platform—joins Animoca Brands-backed Open Campus Accelerator (OC-X) following its successful Beta launch.
Gearing up this June, the collaboration will provide Metable with strategic insights from web3 and education experts alongside other EdTech projects.
The ultimate goal of joining the accelerator is to enhance the Polygon platform’s educational offerings, foster innovation, and expand its impact on educational technology.
Integration with Open Campus ID
Inclusion in OC-X commits Metable to integrate the Open Campus ID infrastructure, a ‘Proof of Education’ Soulbound Token (non-transferable NFT) that represents learners’ online personas.

Established Open Campus ID holders will seamlessly be able to enter the Metable platform, maintaining a continuous learning journey across the Open Campus portfolio of education projects powered by the $EDU token.
Learners will experience a fluid and cohesive educational journey, leveraging the strengths of both Metable and the broader Open Campus ecosystem.
