German esports organisation Berlin International Gaming (BIG) has announced a multi-year deal with gaming peripherals company Logitech for its Logitech G brand.
As a result of the partnership, Logitech will provide BIG’s players with its G PRO Series products. Moreover, BIG’s players will feature in Logitech G marketing materials and activations in Germany.
Founded in 2017, BIG has gone on to become one of the most notable esports organisations in Germany. The organisation is most known for its success in Counter-Strike, however, it has competed in various games such as League of Legends, Starcraft II and Quake.
Logitech G will become the company’s official peripheral partner, joining the likes of OMEN, Skinbaron, Pizza Hut and other notable brands in BIG’s partner lineup.
Logitech and BIG noted that the partnership is a part of the hardware brand’s expansion in offline activations and experiences. Moreover, the peripherals brand wants to further engage with the gaming community in the German market.
As a result, BIG’s players from multiple games will be ‘the new faces’ of Logitech G campaigns. Ultimately, the partnership aims to promote Logitech’s G PRO lineup, which consists of a headset, mouse and keyboard.
Alongside BIG, the hardware brand recently announced a partnership with McLaren Racing for its esports section. Moreover, the company is a partner of Astralis, Team BDS and VCT EMEA, the region’s top-tier VALORANT league.
