Renowned media publication, TIME, will double down on its Web3 ambitions with a stunning collaboration with The Sandbox. It will participate through its NFT arm, TIMEPieces, to build a lavish ‘TIME Square’ destination in the metaverse.
The excellent new partnership was revealed at The Sandbox event at this year’s NFT NYC conference in New York, with the epic new destination taking a great deal of inspiration from the city’s own Times Square. As a result, the team aims to establish within its hallowed walls the beating heart of art and commerce in the metaverse.
In addition to the fine spectacle of the voxelized environment, holders of TIMEPieces NFTs will gain access to a number of exclusive experiences such as key discussions, TIME curated events, education opportunities, and screenings of exclusive projects. These experiences are all interconnected with the expansive TIMEPieces Web3 initiative reaching far and wide throughout the blockchain.
